How it works. You post what you need, when, where (town and area, never your address) and roughly what you'd pay. People who list that kind of work under Neighbours for Hire, or who asked for job emails, hear about it. They answer "I can do it". You pick one, and only then do you both get each other's email (and phone, if you gave one).
Algarve Offseason only puts you in touch: it doesn't check anyone's work, and the price and payment are between you. Rides and airport runs can't be posted, because every job here is paid work, and in Portugal driving someone for pay needs a taxi or TVDE (ride-hailing) licence.
